We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially interested Area Visual who wants to join our Area North, supporting the colleagues and leaders in our stores. Job Description
Together with your Area team you support in reaching the Sales & Profit goals in the area by securing that all stores deliver a Great Customer Experience. The role as Area Visual trainee is broad and challenging, and you will have a great opportunity to affect the core business by acting as an informal leader with a strong knowledge-based approach; you support in training and coach Area and Store Teams on Visual topics to enable our colleagues and business to grow. You support Area Visual to Build and maintain inspiring stores, strengthening the H&M Brand, and driving sales. You play a key role in coaching & inspiring your colleagues about Fashion & Trends on a daily basis and support your Area Team to deliver the visual goals & strategy within your area in line with your Country Visual goals & Area goals.

The position is a full-time role based in our Area Office in Stockholm, Sweden. Please note that the position requires a rich background of experience within business and a sharp eye for visuals.
