The position
In the role as a Developer Of Technical Training Models you are, together with the team at Technical Training Development, responsible to efficiently develop and deliver technical training model solutions, for the global Scania network.
Your profile
As a person you have strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge, innovate and improve processes. You need to have great social skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in different parts of Scania. We believe that you are a practical person and have strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. You also need to have experience in welding (MIG/MAG, TIG), operating lathes, milling machines and perform metal fabrication.
Solid electrical skills, including reading and understanding electrical diagrams together with experience of working on pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a requirement.
To succeed in this role, you must effectively network within Scania and with external suppliers. Pedagogical skills to communicate technical concepts are desirable. Most importantly, you should be curious about new technologies and eager to learn.
