Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 20 years of restructuring and turnaround experience to join our expanding restructuring advisory team. The role offers a unique entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to engage directly with corporations, financial sponsors, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills in various client situations (e.g., financial modeling, financial statement analysis, due diligence).
• Develop a network of peer-level contacts for collaboration and idea exchange.
• Guide clients through processes like working capital improvements, insolvency preparation, and credit negotiations.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and manage client relationships effectively.
• Lead complex analyses and oversee diverse project teams.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff.
• Make informed decisions and offer strategic advice based on a deep understanding of clients' business drivers.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate project priorities.
• Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to C-suite clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project assignments meet scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Attend industry networking events and be open to extensive travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in turnaround management, restructuring, or corporate advisory.
• Expertise in restructuring troubled companies and operational restructurings.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• A strong track record of business generation.
• Ability to quickly identify critical analysis areas while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Effective communicator skilled in handling executive audiences.
• Energetic and adaptable team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work under deadlines.
