We are looking for a Scrum Master for a fixed-term employment ASAP to 06/30/2025 – for an exciting assignement with our client.

You will work close together with Service Area ”Cloud Foundation” and initiative executing on the Cloud Smart strategy. Cloud Center of Excellence lead the Cloud journey towards established Cloud Services in operations.
Your role will be to facilitate scrum methodology for service area cloud foundation and cloud smart, secure transparency within the scaled agile wow at our client and at the same time ensure quick progress in executing on the Cloud Smart strategy. In this position you will enable SCRUM methodology for a virtual team with the objective to enable external cloud technology.
Depending on profile you will also be responsible for planning and ensuring cloud assessment for Cloud Foundation platform.
They believe that you have several years of experience in agile coacing, technical project management and SCRUM methodology. You prioritize result over methodology. Experience in cloud implementation, preferably Microsoft-based environments, is important.

You must have:

• Agile coaching experience
• Technical project management skills
• Proficiency in SCRUM methodology
• Results-oriented approach, prioritizing outcomes over process
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Fluent speaking in swedish and english
• Swedish citizen

This is nice to have:

• Cloud implementation, especially in Microsoft environments
• Experience in scaled agile frameworks and cloud assessments
