About the position As assistant Commercial Sales Manager you will , be supporting the sales team for selling our Gas Services equipment with a focus on Middle East. You will play a key role in coordinating the commercial sales activities and be a part of a capture team in small & large projects that require cross-regional cooperation. The position will cover different market segments within a wide portfolio of products that we as a company bring to the energy sector. Key responsibilities  • Support to drive coordinate and prepare all relevant commercial activities within sales and proposal process in cooperation with technical sales, proposals, legal-, tax-, financing- and export control. • Support in creating and implementing the commercial offer strategy together with the bidding team • Support activities and process to deliver solutions that best meeting customer needs, that includes support to develop new business and financial models • Support to timely preparation of commercial part of bids and being part of the team preparing for negotiation with customer and eventual partner in accordance with the applicable guidelines and in coordination with the relevant departments • Participating in the project pricing process by interfacing with sales and proposal teams • Preparing and verifying sales calculations • Support in the handover process from sales to execution including preparation of relevant documents and information. This is initially a full-time consultant position starting on November 18st, 2024 and running until May 2025. Requirements for the position • Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent professional accreditation • Fluent in English, other languages are a merit. • Experience from a global corporation that acts in an international environment is a merit. • Experience in commercial aspect in sales and/or project management in an international business environment is a merit • Knowledge of project calculations, project financing, insurance, taxes and duties, export control as well as international contract law. • Resilience, patience and flexibility • Strong networking ability and communications skills, entrepreneurial, relationship builder, both internally as well as externally. • Eager and curious to learn, actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization • Knowledge about MS-office as well as other relevant IT-tools We will place great emphasis on personal suitability!
