Our client’s Analytics Department is currently seeking a new Digital Product Manager (DPM). In this role, you will lead one of five specialized domains, such as Product & Machine Lifecycle or Parts & Logistics, each driving transformation within the organization. The journey is a cultural shift, and as a DPM, you’ll work collaboratively to shape and implement a roadmap aligned with the business strategy, fully leveraging the opportunities of the AI era.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support the analytics community within your domain, working alongside collaboration partners.
• Develop technical data, analytics, and AI capabilities while introducing innovative ways of working.
• Act as the owner of a portfolio of “Data and Analytics Products,” maximizing value across the company by exploring creative combinations of data and technology.
• Guide and coach teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and sustainable growth within the analytics community.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a drive to explore new business opportunities, technologies, data, and methods.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the courage to test novel ideas.
• Enthusiasm for leading transformation efforts through networks and communities, with a natural ability to connect people.
• Business experience in the P&L domain is an advantage.
• A relevant university degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Passion for goal achievement and an interest in working with people in a technical setting, bridging the gap between business and analytics.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2025-01-06 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-12-31 with possibility of extension.
