Then you should explore this opportunity based at our beautiful office in Malmö. 💪😎   About the job  As a Project Manager for the Business Systems Department at Verisure in Malmö, you lead projects delivering new capabilities to our internal end users around Business and Enterprise IT. You are responsible for leading delivery across agile teams from different organizational units within Verisure, located in multiple countries. You are responsible for leading deliveries of projects in a combination of scaled agile setup and waterfall approach. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of projects end-to-end, ensuring that objectives are met within time, budget, and quality constraints. This involves managing different stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.    Key Tasks:   * End-to-end project delivery  * Stakeholder management and communication   * Size the initiative, scope and provide input for prioritization  * Lead the definition of projects and break them down into features together with stakeholders  * Lead creation and alignment of time plans across multiple teams and units  * Develop and follow up on cost estimates  * Plan, lead, and facilitate technical discussions and solution development sessions  * Plan and coordinate the delivery cross teams, following a scaled agile setup  * Follow up and report the status of projects You will be joining a collaborative team of 7 competent and positive colleagues, led by Karolin Persson, an encouraging and ambitious leader who always trusts her team to do their best.
