About the roleAs an Operations Manager in the Advisory team, you will play a central role in ensuring the operational and financial success of our projects. You will be responsible for project staffing, coordinating and allocating resources, tracking key performance metrics, optimizing financial and operational processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with other Operations Managers across different countries, you will ensure efficient resource allocation while driving continuous improvement in processes. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Sweden and be an integral part of managing the Swedish Advisory teams, aligning project outcomes with broader business goals.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure optimal staffing and utilization across Advisory projects
Evaluate profitability and assuring alignment with financial goals
Track time management and resource allocation
Monitor invoicing and time reporting in our different systems, e.g Hubspot and Moment
Analyze team and individual performance, report key insights and suggest process improvements for future projects.
Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys

You are skilled at maintaining an overview, coordinating and allocating resources. You enjoy working with data, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency.
To succeed, we believe you have:
2-3 years of experience in consulting, operations management or equivalent relevant experience
A degree within a relevant field, such as business, economics or sustainability
Experience in building processes and routines driving operational improvements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze and report on project performance
Full proficiency in Swedish and English
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot or Moment is a plus
