Nordic Novo Wood AB is a forward-thinking company dedicated to produce high-quality, eco-friendly Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) products in Sweden. We are setting up our team and seeking skilled extruder operators to contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for two experienced WPC Extruder Operator with a strong background in handling WPC extruders, particularly Chinese extruders. The ideal candidates will have an in-depth understanding of WPC production processes and a keen eye for quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WPC extruder operator, with a preference for experience with Chinese extruders.
• Strong knowledge of WPC materials and production processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Chinese language knowledge would be preferred.
