As a Territory Manager, you will leverage your sales acumen and technical expertise to engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT managers, and cloud architects.
You will focus on promoting cloud governance solutions all over Sweden, enabling clients to optimize their multi-cloud environments for cost-efficiency, security, and compliance.
This role demands initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, particularly in organizations looking to improve their cloud governance practices.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase the adoption of our cloud governance platform, tailored to the specific needs of medium-to-large enterprises.
- Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, ensuring that each lead progresses efficiently from initial engagement to closure, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Design customized value propositions for clients, demonstrating how our solutions can solve their governance challenges, reduce costs, and enhance cloud security.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into best practices for cloud governance and guiding them toward long-term operational success.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent follow-up and delivering a high level of customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and forecast sales metrics to track the progress of opportunities and pipeline health, enabling accurate revenue forecasting and timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements, feeding customer feedback into the development process.
- Develop outreach campaigns aimed at educating the market on cloud governance best practices, including webinars, case studies, and industry events.
- Cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, consultants, and technology partners to expand our market reach and reinforce the company’s reputation.
- Ensure clients' cloud governance goals are met by maintaining a deep understanding of their business needs, offering tailored recommendations on compliance, security, and cost management strategies.
- Continuously analyze market conditions and competitor strategies, adjusting the sales approach to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth post-sales implementation, facilitating successful onboarding and long-term product usage.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions that complement clients' existing cloud infrastructure.
- Keep abreast of industry developments in cloud governance, ensuring you're always equipped with the latest insights to discuss relevant challenges and solutions with potential clients.
