Dina arbetsuppgifter We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Accountant for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Gothenburg. Job Description and Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate bookkeeping and reporting, including: - Performing manual journal entries in the general ledger. - Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts. - Reconciliation of intercompany transactions. - VAT reporting. - Participating in group reporting and other reporting processes. Handling ad-hoc tasks and investigations within the accounting field. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with: - Formal education in finance and accounting. - Experience in accounting according to the K3 framework. - Experience with periodic closings. - Experience in VAT reporting. - Experience in General Ledger (GL) - Fluency in English. Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP is a plus. - Experience with accounting in a SOX environment is advantageous.
