The role
We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team at Soundtrack.
The Marketing team, which is also part of the Growth team, is a multidisciplinary team responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition and brand awareness through owned, paid and deserved channels.
As a Marketing Designer, you will play a vital part in bringing our brand identity to life through visually compelling designs, maintaining brand consistency and supporting our marketing objectives from creative concept all the way to landing page.
We are looking for someone who loves delivering well-crafted execution!
You will work on a wide range of projects with other marketing team members, a media agency, analysts, engineers, user researchers, designers, and copywriters.
Besides the Marketing team, you’ll also be part of our cross-functional Design team with whom you’ll collaborate, get inspired and grow.

- Conceptualize impactful ideas and turn them into excellently crafted, top-quality marketing assets across consumer touchpoints:
- Digital ads for paid media channels (mainly social media, YouTube, and display)
- Assets for guides, thought leadership pieces, research, PR images, media kits, and, occasionally, offline materials like brochures or posters.
- Engaging landing pages that align with our brand, audiences and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal team members to build and improve campaign assets.
- Actively contribute to the team’s vision, strategy and agenda.
- Help the team grow as a whole by sharing knowledge and lifting each other up.

Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience, preferably from marketing/agency and (or) design roles within a brand.
- A strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g Adobe Creative Suite & Figma).
Animation and motion skills are a requirement, 3D/AI skills are a huge plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using G Suite, including Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates how you bring a brand to life across digital channels.
- Ability to articulate and present concepts effectively to internal stakeholders, with a talent for engaging storytelling and persuasive presentation.
Meriting experiences (not required)
- General interest in music and/or music technology.
- Experience with B2B or PLG SaaS products.
