We are looking for an 'Application specialist Dynamics 365' for a company in Stockholm with hybrid work possibilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist us with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Marketing, and Field Service.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Field Service) implementations and configurations (5 years +)
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in mentioned solutions
• Strong proficiency in application consultancy and the ability to provide 2nd and 3rd line support
• Expertise in configuring the Dynamics suite
• Ability to analyse business requirements and turn them into functional specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate problems to solutions with ease
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Interest for business processes and flows.
• Analytical and translate problems to solutions with ease

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is in November, One year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
