Governance & StrategyAnalystAs a Governance and Strategy Analyst at Stegra you will report to the Head ofCorporate Governance as part of the Finance & Legal team. You will work veryclosely to the executive management team on leading the corporate governanceprocesses, including the interface towards the company’s owners and the Boardof Directors.
You will be working with a variety of tasks relating to themanagement and governance of the company including the design, developmentand improvement of the reports used for board and investor communication andthe documentation, processes and systems used as a basis for managing thecompany. You will maintain a close relationship to all key corporate functions tokeep your “fingers on the pulse” of the company.
The role requires a broad skillset and will put high demands on your ability toleverage your analytical-, presentation-, project management- and interpersonalskills. As the roleis involved in a lot of the processes that make the corporatemachinery tick, you will in this role get a unique insight into the underpinningsof the company’s progress and growth trajectory.

We are looking for someone who thrive in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to the teams.Key Responsibilities- Support the company’s corporate governance processes, for example through development and improvements of templates, reports andstandards for Board, investor communication and governance documents-Support the Head of Corporate Governance in preparing board meetingmaterials-Support the Compliance Manager in developing the company policyportfolio-Support in developing, implementing and managing the company’smanagement system and business process framework-Manage internal stakeholder relationships ranging from CEO tooperationsRequirements-M. Sc., MBA or equivalent degree with excellent academic track record. Around2-3 years of work experience from industry or management consulting. Experience from governance, preparation of board workand organizational topics is a plus. - A combination of technical skills, business acumen and result orientation-Excellent communication skills (incl PowerPoint mastery) andinterpersonal skills-Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with a passion to learn and grow-Ability to work independently as well as in teams-Well organized and attention to detail
