At Northmill's customer service, you will grow. Here, you’ll work alongside supportive and talented colleagues, develop your skills in customer service, and learn about financial services. As a Customer Advisor, your job is to help Northmill’s customers achieve a better personal financial situation. This is Northmill’s vision.

As a Customer Advisor, you assist our customers from Finlandvia phone, email, and chat. You'll handle a variety of customer requests, such as opening savings accounts, offering loan solutions, or helping to reduce interest rates on existing loans and credits. As a Customer Advisor, your priority is always the customer, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships and is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken).
• A good command of English
• Strong system experience with the ability to quickly learn new software.
• It’s a bonus if you also speak Swedish or have prior experience in customer service or the financial sector.
