About the role:

This specialized role of Solutions Architect is key to as the title suggests provide solutions in the form of products or services. Immensely important when designing IT landscape, it is your job to evaluate all business requirements, namely evaluating a client needs or problems, and come up with solutions to address them. This also includes application, improvement and replacement of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finding the best tech solution to solve existing business problems
• Describing the software structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects to project stakeholders
• Accounting for project constraints
• Selecting the project technology stack
• Compliance with non-functional requirements
• Defining features, development phases, and solution requirements
• Providing specifications for which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered

Education & Experience:

• B. Sc., or M.Sc. in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Customer Engineering, SRE, Cloud Architect, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an IT environment, including hands-on in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools - advantage
• 3+ years of experience of designing complex, cloud-based solutions
• Understanding of having a solution that is scalable, sustainable, architecturally sound, keeping quality in mind
• Proven experience in a production environment, developing software with either Python, Go, Java, or equivalents
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based services, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Containers
• Successfully designed DevOps and Infrastructure for high-scale production environments
• Understanding of Information Security best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate technical design in verbal and written formats in front of customers
