The JobAs a Sales & Marketing Analyst, you’ll be a key player in helping our Sales organization make data-driven decisions and support our Marketing team with impactful insights. You’ll dive deep into sales performance, lead generation, marketing KPIs, and customer behavior to unlock actionable insights that directly influence strategy. This role offers a unique blend of working closely with sales operations while supporting the marketing department’s efforts to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Since we’re a small company, we expect your footprint to be big! You will on a daily basis interact with our Acquisition & User Research teams. You will also, on a regular cadence, present your findings to our Management team and reason around these from a strategic angle.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the Sales team to analyze performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Marketing department to support demand generation efforts and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Provide insights into customer acquisition, segmentation, and lead conversion.
Help develop and improve A/B testing methodologies to inform both sales and marketing strategies.
Support strategic initiatives by delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to build reports and dashboards that measure progress against KPIs.
Maintain and expand the Marketing and Sales data architecture across multiple systems in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering.
Conduct detailed analysis of key sales and marketing data, such as lead-to-sale performance, customer lifetime value, return on ad spend, customer journey mapping, or incrementality.

RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or marketing analysis within a B2B environment.
Proven track record of using data to inform decisions in a sales or marketing context.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Funnel, Google Tag Manager).
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of sales pipelines, customer acquisition metrics, and marketing performance indicators.
Familiar with various marketing channels and associated data sources and dimensions
Worked in and configured conversions in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Experience working with B2B or PLG SaaS products
Familiar with marketing mix modeling (MMM) or incrementality analysis using machine learning
