Overview:

As an Electrical Engineer in Wind Power, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of renewable energy projects, with a strong emphasis on wind power. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians, and collaborating closely with business development, project planning, and proposal management teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work within dynamic, large-scale organizations and play a key role in advancing our renewable energy objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee renewable energy projects, with a focus on wind and solar energy. Lead teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Supplier Coordination: Manage and collaborate with external suppliers—preferably with experience working with major industry suppliers like Siemens, Nordex, and GE—to ensure equipment and services meet technical standards and project requirements.
• Business Development Support: Work closely with the business development team to identify project opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, develop, and lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of the energy sector, especially wind power, to provide technical guidance and support across project phases.
• Proposal and Offer Management: Prepare, review, and manage project proposals and offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in wind power and renewable energy projects. Experience with suppliers such as Siemens, Nordex, and GE is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage large projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong project planning, coordination, and business development skills are essential.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Turkish is strongly preferred, as it is essential for effective communication with subcontractors and the client's personnel.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
