Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: We are now looking for an experienced, passionate leader for Enterprise Applications Sourcing. Head of Enterprise Applications Sourcing will lead geographically spread group of sourcing professionals and through developing and executing on category strategies will maximize supplier value, proactively manage business risks and drive the creation of value for internal customers.  Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving changes in the organization and ways of working to reflect speeding pace of changes in Ericsson’s business environment and supplier markets. What you will do: •    Lead with uncompromising integrity •    Develop sourcing category strategies within Enterprise Application scope and drive their execution to fulfil objectives and maximize value of our supplier base •    Build trust and collaborate with key stakeholders in developing and executing category strategies, negotiations strategies and tactics for key negotiations •    Ensure implementation of Ericsson Supplier Relationship management framework •    Actively contribute to Enterprise Products and Platforms Sourcing leadership team •    Build a positive and productive work environment for your organization •    Drive team growth, support team members in covering identified skills gaps The skills you bring: •    University Degree in Business or Engineering  •    Experience of working in a global organization  •    Exceptional leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and leadership framework •    Uncompromising integrity, people enablement and self-awareness •    Result-oriented and business-minded attitude •    Genuine interest in team members growth and development •    Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and uncertain environment •    Ability to identify improvement areas and drive change •    Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
