Context The Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), situated in Grenoble, France, is Europe's premier research facility for scientific research using neutrons. Each year, we host over 2000 visits from scientists, who come to the Institute to carry out cutting-edge research. Are you interested in taking up a new and exciting challenge in our international institute? Come and join our Recruitment & Integration group, which is part of the ILL's HR Service and is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for scientific, technical, and administrative positions in an international context. In this stimulating international research environment, we are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment and Integration Officer to join our team. In the framework of the NEXTSTEP doctoral training programme, you will oversee the recruitment of 15 PhD students at ILL, ensuring their smooth integration and onboarding. NEXTSTEP, which is supported by the Horizon Europe MSCA COFUND Programme, aims to train 36 PhD students at European Research Infrastructures (ESRF, ILL, and e-DREAM), focusing on key areas such as "Health", "Digital, Industry & Space", and "Climate, Energy & Mobility". In addition, you will oversee the recruitment of PhD students for other MSCA programmes, such as Climb and Amber. Your tasks As a member of the recruitment and integration team, your main responsibilities will include: . Managing calls for applicants: publishing vacancies, providing advice to applicants, checking eligibility, organising interviews, and finalising candidate selection. . Drafting European collaboration agreements. . Supporting onboarding and training programmes for the recruited PhD students. In addition, you will: . Support the group with other recruitment campaigns. . Assist the team with cross-functional projects, in particular the upgrade of our recruitment information system (IS). Your profile . Level 7 qualification (Master's degree or equivalent) in human resources or management. . At least 4 years' professional experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years working in an international setting. . Legal knowledge. . Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. . You have a curious mind and a meticulous and well-organised approach to your work. . You are a recognised team player but are also able to assert yourself while remaining flexible. . Excellent knowledge of English and French is required.
