Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Business Partner to support our Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) team. As a Sourcing Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving Ericsson's and our customers' success by securing short and long-term profitable business through strategic sourcing practices. Your expertise will enable us to extract higher value from third-party deliveries, promote new business ideas, and optimize sourcing performance targets. What you will do: * Understand business and portfolio needs and proactively drive innovation to solutions and stakeholders * Conduct solution-oriented cost reviews and improve execution * Develop and align stakeholder strategy with sourcing strategies across all category areas * Identify needs in projects and product areas * Anticipate trends in the product portfolio and ensure they are incorporated and addressed in sourcing strategies * Hold sourcing responsible for profitability and optimize Sourcing performance targets The skills you bring: * Education: MSc, MBA, or equivalent * Minimum 10 years of experience in Sourcing, Sales, or Digital domain (e.g., Cloud, Core network, BSS, OSS, etc.) * Proven sourcing competence from different areas, including but not limited to: - * IT and Telecom * Cloud and Digital Services * Network and Infrastructure * Software and Applications * Professional Services * In-depth knowledge of Sourcing Practice, Process, and Strategy * Strong Business Understanding * Proven Change and Improvement Management Skills * Excellent Financial and Commercial Acumen
