What We Do

We’re passionate about creating apps that help people all over the world feel better. As a small but mighty team, we craft the best wellbeing apps from our cozy digs in central Malmö.

We’re on a mission to build science-backed, healthy habits that empower millions of users to take control of their fitness and well-being through our apps: Seven, Cycles, and Halo.

Our sole focus is on making these apps the best they can be, and we’re constantly creating new features to inspire healthy habits. As a self-funded company with no corporate hoops to jump through, we always make decisions based on what’s best for our users. That’s where you come in!

What You’ll Do

As a User Success Manager, your role will be dynamic and central to ensuring our users have the best experience possible. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Engage with users by responding to reviews and support tickets, always delivering friendly, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate closely with our development and design teams by communicating user feedback and helping prioritize improvements.
• Write engaging copy for blogs and social media, educating users on new features and promoting our apps.
• Test our apps before new releases to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
• Manage the office by being the go-to for daily operations and leading our team building activities like go-karting and wellness classes!

Who You Are

• You’re fluent in English and bring a positive, upbeat attitude to everything you do.
• You’re a natural problem-solver, with an empathetic approach to user support and communication.
• You’re an agile multitasker who can switch between support tickets, writing content, and collaborating with the team without missing a beat.
• You love to write, whether it’s for blog posts, social media, or responding to user queries, and your writing is always clear, friendly, and engaging.
• You’re a self-starter who’s eager to learn, expand your skill set, and quickly put new ideas into action.
• A friendly co-worker, thoughtful in your approach to working and communicating with others.

• SEO Expertise: Experience with optimizing websites for search engines through keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Marketing Campaign Development: Ability to create and execute campaigns aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Skill in analyzing metrics and using data to improve user experience and drive growth.
• Content Marketing: Expertise in developing and promoting high-quality content that attracts and engages audiences, drives organic traffic, and builds brand authority.
• Paid Acquisition and Ad Optimization: Experience managing paid ads (e.g Apple Search Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on optimizing ROI.
