QIAGEN DNA Synthesis AB in Sweden, has produced high quality synthetic DNA for diagnostic purposes for more than 30 years. We are situated in Västerås and have around 100 employees. We apply the medical device directives, ISO13485 (EU) and 21CFR820 (USA) and our production is carried out in accordance with GMP.

Position Description

As Logistic associate you are part of the Customer supply team. The team includes responsibility for customer support, material management and purchasing, logistics and central planning. The main focus within logistics is to handle the shipment of our products to customer as well as receiving incoming goods. Customers and suppliers are both domestics and international. The role is also part of the preparedness team being the first responder to situations outside of regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

· Packing and shipping of products to customer

· Communication within the organization related to logistic topics

· Receiving incoming goods

· Managing warehouse

· Handling dangerous goods/waste

· Part of the preparedness team

Position Requirements

· Education within logistics and/or experience from working with similar responsibilities

· Driving license, B

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

· Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization with a friendly and open approach
