Born out of the belief that solar is one of the most powerful solutions to fixing energy and climate issues, it has been our goal to make renewable energy an easy and profitable investment. We contribute to our goal by installing solar panels as well as optimizing the energy consumption for our customers. To date, we have avoided over 3,84 million tonnes of CO2 emissions (which is equivalent to 15,9 billion km driven by a gasoline-powered car ).

The role

As a Sales Performance & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving sales performance by developing KPIs, refining sales processes, managing lead distribution, and overseeing CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure the effective use of sales tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Development: Establish and track KPIs, build dashboards, and provide performance insights.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, including pipeline management and scripting, to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead Distribution: Design and implement strategies for effective lead allocation to sales reps, optimizing conversion rates.
  • CRM & Tools Management: Oversee CRM improvements and manage sales tools to ensure alignment with sales goals and productivity.

To meet current business demands while providing room for professional growth, we believe that your experience should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years in sales operations/excellence, with a track record in improving way of sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and experience improving sales workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
