The roleAs a Sales Performance & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving sales performance by developing KPIs, refining sales processes, managing lead distribution, and overseeing CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure the effective use of sales tools and systems.
