We are now helping Samsung Nordics' to find a driven UX & Merchandising Specialist to join their team based in Stockholm!

Working for one of the world’s largest brands and consumer electronics manufacturers, your responsibility is to ensure the Samsung.com touchpoints meet expectations for consumers to discover, choose and purchase the products on Samsung.com. In this role, you will plan, execute and follow up key activities for product launches, campaigns and always-on communication across the Samsung.com channels (closed and open) for the markets in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

You will plan and develop sales driven merchandising to package and present relevant products, upsell and cross-sell offerings on Samsung.com. The team is on a journey of being very operative to become a more strategic and data driven team. You will join a team in continuous movement and improvement, and we hope this is something that appeals to you!

Some of the tasks you will do:

  • Plan and execution of e-commerce launches on relevant channels. This is a team effort with our whole D2C team, but also with our Korean & European office bringing the initial ideas. We trust you take these ideas and localize them to fit the Nordic market.
  • Work closely with E-com, Marketing communication, CRM and SEO to secure the full customer journey has a red thread
  • Continuously analyzing consumer behavior, you will work closely with the analytics, Customer Experience team, SEO and other functions in the digital team to evaluate and identify insights and opportunities to drive the performance for your product category.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce promotions. This include keeping track of your Merchandise plan, create mock-ups and user journeys and of course keep your stakeholders aligned. Communication is key.
  • Work closely with our agency in Poland, requesting updates on our sites. This is the most operative part of the job where the majority of the work is managed in Jira.

Previous experience & skills required:

  • Passion for retail and digital sales with go to market experience.
  • Previous experience with digital marketing, offers & campaigns is needed to excel in this role.
  • Comfortable to navigate many stakeholders and manage to create a read thread in a fast phased environment.
  • Previous experience in working with data driven initiatives to drive change & increase sales.
  • Experience working with customer journeys and sales driven UX
  • Experience in: MS Office, Jira, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Figma, Photoshop & Content Square
  • Fluency in Swedish & English

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
