Partner Integration Tech Lead
Purpose of the Role
The Partner Integration Tech Lead is a critical role responsible for the technical orchestration of partner integrations within Nordiska's ecosystem. This role demands a deep understanding of Nordiska's technical infrastructure and the ability to lead the integration of new partners' systems and technologies. This role is instrumental in ensuring that Nordiska upholds high-quality standards in its partner collaborations and remains at the forefront of the dynamic financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the technical aspects of partner onboarding, ensuring robust and scalable integration into Nordiska's systems.
- Design and implement technical solutions for integrating new payment gateways, credit assessment tools, and other financial services technologies.
- Work closely with IT and Development teams to ensure technical compatibility and optimize integration processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations, applying software engineering best practices to improve performance and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions with partners, providing insights and guidance on Nordiska's technical framework and capabilities.
- Develop and enforce integration standards and protocols to ensure security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing technical support to existing partners, acting as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of integrated systems.
Authority and Expectations
- Granted the autonomy to make technical decisions that enhance integration efficiency and system integrity.
- Expected to stay abreast of technological advancements and incorporate them into integration strategies to keep Nordiska competitive.
- Responsible for the technical success of integration projects and the performance of integrated systems.
Example Tasks
- Design system configurations and oversee their implementation in cross-functional integration projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during and after the integration process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for partner integrations.
Personal Skills and Experiences
- Experience in system architecture and software development within the financial sector.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and integration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to system design and project execution.
- Agile and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
