Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager R&D Test to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead and coordinate testing and validation projects for development, service, and customer products, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage cross-functional projects, collaborating with multiple disciplines within the organization to achieve successful outcomes.
- Work closely with Core Development, Production, and Test engineers to execute test/validation plans for prototype samples and other project phases.
- Oversee all aspects of test projects, including budget management, scheduling, and execution of test/validation activities.
- Interact and network with key stakeholders such as order fulfillment teams, product owners, customers, and R&D departments to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor and manage risks within the project, adapting strategies as necessary to mitigate issues.
- Take financial responsibility for your projects, including budgeting and conducting financial follow-ups.
- Take ownership of your growth and development by setting and following up on your personal development plan with your manager.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience as a project manager in technical fields, with knowledge in technology, construction, or gas turbines.
- Strong ability to manage coordination between various interfaces and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Interest in leadership development and a commitment to growing your skills in project and people management.
- A responsible, flexible, and solution-driven mindset with a focus on achieving set goals.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
