About the job In this role you will be responsible of People Effectiveness Competences (1) Learning Portfolio, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training programs and paths, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness, to prepare our people to lead with confidence, navigate complex environment, and drive the company's success forward. Main Responsibilities * Competences Needs Assessment across the organization and understanding across the organization, working closely with the business, and HR community on an annual basis with a rolling forward 3 years forecast. * Develop and Communicate Portfolio Roadmap: Create/review and share a strategic roadmap of learning programs based on organizational needs across the specific talent segments/audience. * Design, Develop, and Deliver Learning Portfolio: Drive the design and development of learning programs in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders. * Crete the People Effectiveness Competences Annual Learning Plan based on demand and need analysis: nominations process, calendar setting and programs delivery * Track Learning Measurement and KPIs: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators. * Projects and Continuous Improvements: Lead learning projects aimed at improving training programs and processes. * Leads and manages External Learning Partnerships to be connected to thinking and perspectives of Leadership and change management. * Create and implement an engagement and communication plan to the different audiences: HR Community, managers and employees Who you are You are a passionate L&D professional with at least 8 years of experience in L&D, preferably in a global role and multinational environment. You further bring a deep knowledge of designing and developing learning programs, with a multichannel approach, to support the business setting, with a focus on scale and creating a system of continuous people development. You have experience in facilitating L&D programs. You are a good team player, loyal, with good interpersonal skills and who likes to work in a diverse team. You know how to build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and learners in a global matrix organization, and strong project management and organizational skills. Your English skills are excellent, both written and verbally.
