About the job
In this role you will be responsible of Leadership and Change Management Learning Portfolio, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training programs and paths, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness, to prepare our people to lead with confidence, navigate complex environment, and drive the company’s success forward.

What you know
You have bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
You are a results-oriented L&D professional with at least 10 years of experience in shaping leadership capabilities and navigating organizational change within a global context. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement scalable Leadership and change management solutions aligned with business objectives. Proven track record in delivering and facilitating engaging leadership and L&D programs.
Who you are
You are a collaborative, committed team player with strong interpersonal skills, you thrive in diverse environments. Proven ability to build relationships across global matrix organizations, coupled with exceptional project management and organizational skills. Your English skills are excellent, both written and verbally.
