About the job

In this role you will be responsible of Leadership and Change Management Learning Portfolio, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training programs and paths, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness, to prepare our people to lead with confidence, navigate complex environment, and drive the company’s success forward.

Main areas and responsibilities:

Strategic Learning and Development

  • Conduct annual Leadership and Change Management needs assessments in collaboration with business, leadership, and HR stakeholders, developing a 3-year strategic roadmap.
  • Create and share a strategic roadmap for leadership and change management training programs based on organizational needs across the specific talent segments/audience.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive Leadership and Change Management learning portfolio aligned with organizational goals, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of leadership and change management programs, ensuring alignment with business demands and performance metrics.

Program Management and Delivery

  • Create and manage the annual Leadership and Change Management learning plan, including program scheduling, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Track program effectiveness through KPI’s and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build and manage a network of internal leadership and change management experts.

Stakeholder Management and Partnerships

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and change management, providing guidance and support across the organization.

  • Foster strong partnerships with external learning providers to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage HR, managers, and employees.

What you know

You have bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

You are a results-oriented L&D professional with at least 10 years of experience in shaping leadership capabilities and navigating organizational change within a global context. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement scalable Leadership and change management solutions aligned with business objectives. Proven track record in delivering and facilitating engaging leadership and L&D programs.

Proven ability to build relationships across global matrix organizations, coupled with exceptional project management and organizational skills. Your English skills are excellent, both written and verbally.
