Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Configuration Management to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software flow meets baseline requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle
- Consolidate vision and goals into unified software requirements, driving alignment from development to release in vehicles
- Define and refine processes to facilitate smooth transitions through different stages of software development and deployment
- Act as an intermediary between business requirements and the tools implementing them, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records of software baselines, requirements, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistency
- Organize and lead regular alignment meetings to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure cohesive approaches across all teams
- Work closely with the tool development team to ensure business requirements are met and well-integrated into the software development process
- Represent software baseline requirements to the Product Management team within the ART
- Interface with delivering areas across the entire electrical system, fostering a broad network within R&D/Engineering
- Manage the creation, release, and distribution of documented software configurations to test objects and production vehicles
- Participate in the development of modern Configuration Management tools to support the full integration and release chain
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering
- Experience in software configuration management and software development
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or flowchart tools for process mapping
- Proven experience in stakeholder management within large organizations
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Meritorious qualifications:
- Knowledge of the KDP system
- Experience in software development or management, both upstream and downstream
- Understanding of branch design, labelling, and tracking issues
- Experience in software and system design
- Background in electrical automotive development and vehicle programs as a software responsible or lead engineer
- Fluency in Swedish
