Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior CMS Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Provide CMS support for backend solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving study-specific configuration issues.
- Manage the onboarding process for clinical studies within the CMS, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Run and troubleshoot pipelines, contributing to system reliability and efficiency.
- Lead the decommissioning of the former CMS, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in technical customer support and training, preferably in an international setting.
- Expertise in working with support systems like Jira Service Management.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), with Contentstack knowledge being an advantage.
- Basic programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to support development when needed.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in working with formats like JSON and YAML.
- A solid understanding of service management principles.
- Experience in the medical therapeutics field, with knowledge of relevant regulations such as GxP being a plus.
