Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Site Administrator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Facilitate communication between Senior Leadership and various departments/functions.
- Collect and analyze data to provide recommendations on administrative policies and processes.
- Provide administrative support, solve problems efficiently, and follow up with staff for detailed information.
- Coordinate and manage the Site Leadership calendar, ensuring meetings and schedules are followed.
- Draft correspondence, create reports and presentations, and maintain records for internal boards and committees.
- Book and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel and manage visit planning for Site Leadership.
- Lead workshops, manage smaller projects, and drive new initiatives within the site.
- Ensure materials for signature are accurate and comply with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience in administrative and management processes.
- Solid understanding of business communication principles.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and systems, including travel and expense reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint.
- Experience with budget work, archiving, and purchasing routines.
