At Dynapac, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international organization that focuses on both sustainability and technological advancement. As a Hydraulic Engineer at Dynapac, you will play a central role focusing on the dimensioning, design, and analysis of hydraulic and transmission systems for our products. With the entire production process under one roof, you will be involved in development from concept to completion.

You will work closely with various functions within the company and have contact with both internal teams and global partners, working in projects that involve the development and improvement of Dynapac’s products. You will be part of a team of seven specialists, each with expertise in areas such as diesel, electronics, and hardware, all contributing to the development of the engine. You will work closely with both the team and your manager that will support you in getting off to the best possible start.

Some of your key tasks include:

• Dimensioning and design of hydraulic and transmission systems
• Analytics of performance of machines and subsystems
• Participate in evaluation and selection of partners and suppliers
• Estimate work effort and break down design items into manageable work packages
• Theoretical and practical verification of machines and subsystems

• Has a post-secondary education in mechanics, hydraulics, or a related/relevant field.
• Has experience working with hydraulic and transmission systems.
• Is fluent in english

It's also desirable if you:

• Have knowledge of electric drive systems and hybrid systems
• Have good knowledge in Swedish

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will initially be employed by Friday. The intention is for you to become a permanent employee with our client after 12 months.
