Nordregio is seeking to expand its capacity by adding a new Research Fellow to the team.
Requirements
You will be involved in one main project and contribute your expertise to other related projects at Nordregio. The main project you will be engaged in, ILLUQ, is an EU-funded initiative focusing on connecting links between permafrost, pollution, and health in the Arctic. Specifically, you will contribute to identifying ecosystem services in several study sites in the Arctic. We are looking for a researcher with the following profile:

The position starts in January - or subject to agreement, 2025. Nordregio offers competitive salaries and a two-years contract with possible extension to a maximum length of a total of eight years. If you are currently employed by the State in a Nordic country, you are entitled to a leave of absence from your present position for the duration of your employment at Nordregio according to the agreement “Avtale om rettstilling for samnordiske institusjoner og deres ansatte”.
