NorthX Biologics is a biopharmaceutical CDMO that has been at the forefront of biologics manufacturing and process development since 1992. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in theprocess development lab and support the rest of the lab with everyday lab work in order to do great work for our clients.

Job Description: As a Laboratory Technician, you will assist our research and development teams, performing essential laboratory tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our results. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a cutting-edge laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Support senior scientists and researchers with various laboratory tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with labwork
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-time, temporary contract.
