Location: Ludvika Start Date: As per agreement About the role as Electrical Engineer In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that the electrical systems meet the high standards required. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering tasks within assigned projects, working both independently and as part of a team. This includes conducting analyses, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve the project goals. Your role will involve both hands-on tasks as well as consulting on complex technical matters. Key responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate the development, testing, and installation of electrical systems and components. * Perform complex engineering analyses and studies, providing recommendations based on sound engineering principles. * Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. * Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. * Lead and support continuous improvements in operations and customer satisfaction. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field, or 10-15 years of experience with another technical degree. * Experience leading projects or working within complex engineering environments. * Strong command of the English language.
