About the role
In the role of Demand Generation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads mirroring our ICP, drive pipeline growth, and support ARR revenue targets. Key areas of responsibility include:
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth. With a focus on leading our paid strategy, you’ll drive our channels to maximum effect. You will also contribute to the optimization of our website, including UX/website design, SEO, content, performance and delivery to ensure a buyer experience that mirrors our conversion goals.
Lead Conversion: Design and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel by tracking, A/B testing and optimizing for growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads. Work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure conversion driven messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of our demand generation efforts in total, as well as specific demand generation campaigns. Provide regular reports on performance metrics to the marketing team.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, MQL to SQL handover, follow-up processes, and feedback loops.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the Content team to develop compelling content that supports demand generation efforts, including webinars, guides, customer success stories, and more.
Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation tools (Hubspot) to streamline demand generation activities and improve efficiency.
Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team, reporting to our Performance Marketing Director. The team consists of seasoned professionals within revenue marketing, opening up for great opportunities to learn from each others’ skills. You will also work with cross functional squads to create and implement effective campaigns that attract and convert prospects.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have a proven track record within the above areas and relevant experience from working in a B2B SaaS company. We believe that you have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation in a B2B SaaS marketing team.
Proven track record of designing, executing and managing successful demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in data analytics tools, marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You champion a testing, learning and growth mentality across the team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with budget management and optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills with professional fluency in English.
A desire to impact the sustainability of businesses worldwide - note: sustainability experience is not required, as long as you’re willing to fall in love with the problem and eager to learn.
