About the roleYou will be planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue from key locations, industries and buyer personas within our ICP. You will collaborate closely with marketing team members, but also sales and product to create personalized experiences that resonate with our most valuable prospects and customers. Your areas of responsibility will include:
Develop and Execute ABM Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel ABM demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth within target industries, geographic locations and buyer personas. Partner with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts.
ABM Campaign Management and Lead Conversion: Develop, execute, and manage ABM strategies and campaigns to target specific accounts, industries, and decision-makers. Use data and analytics to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness. Work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure conversion driven messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and closed-won business.
Content Creation: Collaborate with our Content creators, Community Manager and CS and Sales teams to develop compelling content that aligns with buyer personas and account needs, including webinars, guides, customer success stories, events and more.
Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation tools (Hubspot) to streamline demand generation activities and improve efficiency.
MQL to SQL handover: Coordinate with sales to ensure leads are being nurtured and handed over at the right time for follow-up.
Budget Management: Oversee the ABM demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Stay up-to-date: you will keep your finger on the pulse on ABM trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continued success in the role.
The marketing team consists of seasoned professionals within revenue marketing, opening up for great opportunities to learn from each others’ skills. You will also work with cross functional squads to create and implement effective campaigns that attract and convert prospects.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have a proven track record within the above areas and relevant experience from working in a B2B SaaS company. We believe that you have:
5 years of experience in ABM and demand generation in a B2B SaaS marketing team.
Proven track record of designing, executing and managing successful account based demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills with professional fluency in English.
A desire to impact the sustainability of businesses worldwide - note: sustainability experience is not required, as long as you’re willing to fall in love with the problem and eager to learn.
