Job description
Randstad is now looking for a skilled Production Coordinator on behalf of our client. In this role, you will be the key link between development, production, and purchasing teams. Your main responsibility will be to manage and prepare change orders for purchasing and production, primarily using the ERP system Monitor, as well as the PDM/PLM system. You will work closely with development engineers, project managers, purchasers, production staff, and operations management.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process development and documentation by establishing procedures, methods, and work instructions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in defining KPIs for all business areas, leveraging the ERP system as the primary data source. You will also be involved in strategic discussions related to ERP systems, information storage, and data management, while providing support to the broader organization on ERP-related matters and KPI development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process change orders for purchasing and production.
- Document and develop processes, workflows, and instructions.
- Support in defining and developing KPIs using data from ERP systems.
- Participate in strategic discussions on ERP systems, data handling, and information storage.
- Provide guidance and support to the organization on ERP and KPI-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with ERP systems in production preparation or similar setups.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create structured processes and instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, motivate, and train colleagues.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot tables, Power Query, and basic macro coding.
- Comfortable using Office 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CAD-PLM systems, article data, and structures.
- General understanding of databases and data extraction.
- Experience with Monitor ERP.
- Knowledge of BI tools, such as Power BI.
