About the job

We’re looking for a CRM Executive who is agile, curious, solution oriented and committed to detail and accuracy to join our CRM team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing CRM activities across our France and UK markets. This is a very exciting opportunity as you’re joining at a pivotal time - this role will give you the opportunity to grow your skills while getting empowered within a data-driven and creative work environment.

What You Will Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the development and execution of the CRM strategy
  • Coordinate and work closely with the copywriters in each market
  • Plan, build and deliver multi-channel communications (emails, push notifications and in-app messages) using our CRM tool Braze
  • Be involved in and coordinate a variety of projects with different business areas
  • Manage reports and monitor campaign performance
  • Work with Braze and our Martech team to grow our data points within Braze, allowing us to fully leverage the tool and drive initiatives across various user touchpoints
  • Assist in quality assurance for our CRM campaigns

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience working in CRM, building campaigns and automations (Braze is an advantage)
  • A good understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management and testing
  • Can do attitude with a high attention to detail
  • Organised, able to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to changing environments
  • A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to patients as possible, communicating clearly and effectively with consistency
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Experience working in direct campaign set-up and management in a CRM tool
  • Keen to challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies
  • Fluent in English - Swedish and/or French is an advantage
  • The position is full time, based in our Stockholm office.
