About us:

Stegra, formerly know as H2 Green Steel,is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

We are now looking for a Logistics Analyst whos passionate about logistics, efficiency, and detail. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where not everything is in place and where you'd get to work with a broad scope of work,this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will play a key part in making sure that our logistics are as efficient, optimized, and smooth as possible. You will provide critical support and analysis throughout all project phases and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline Operations: Dive deep into our supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

• Solve Logistics Challenges: Anticipate logistics hurdles before they happen and propose innovative, practical solutions. You’ll ensure that our logistics are always a step ahead of business demands.

• Forecast Future Needs: Create logistics forecasts to guide decisions on capacity, transportation routes, and overall logistical requirements.

• Drive Business Impact: Provide high-level analysis and business case calculations for various initiatives, from procurement projects to growth projects.

• Collaborate with Vendors: Establish and maintain clear logistical requirements and standards with our vendor operations, ensuring smooth cooperation and high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Previous logistics experience with a good knowledge of freight concepts, practices and procedures. Preferably from a consultant, transport/logistics or industrial backround

• Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and an attention to detail.

• Experience in data handling, analysis and reporting.

• Experience with Supply Chain and Transport Network Optimization.

• English proficiency.
