Epiroc is looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to oversee the development work on our Sales & Marketing Platform. In this role, you will guide the development teams and ensure alignment between business requests and technical solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across the platform. Your mission As the Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering the best possible Salesforce platform to meet Epiroc’s business needs. You will lead and guide both internal and external development teams, ensuring that sound development principles are followed, and business requests are delivered on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the development backlog, setting priorities based on business needs, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Your responsibilities include: * Managing the development backlog and pipeline for Salesforce. * Leading and guiding internal and external developer teams. * Ensuring best practices are followed to deliver development work in a timely manner. * Establishing methodologies to measure throughput, balancing quality and speed of delivery. * Leading the prioritization of technical development work. * Collaborating with the Salesforce Platform Architect, Global Product Owner, and the CRM Operations Manager to assess and prioritize solution designs. We are looking for someone who brings: * 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce certified platform developer or administrator, ideally within a multinational manufacturing organization. * Expertise in Salesforce core platform capabilities such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Strong understanding of Salesforce processes and best practice implementations. * Proven experience leading development work with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integrations. * Familiarity with sharing rules, hierarchies, and security models within Salesforce. * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
