Key Responsibilities

As a Product Developer for Baby you will be responsible for driving the development for the best product and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestions of improvements for the assortment. Your main focus will be the Baby collection and in this position you will have a unique opportunity to work with several product categories at the same time such as woven, denim, knit and jackets. Handling several categories also means complexity in handling many timelines and different stakeholders, so knowledge of complex timelines and structure is crucial.

You will work in close collaboration with the product manager, planners, designers and pattern makers and the production office team. As a Product Developer at Baby you get the opportunity to work as a inspiring and independent leader together with your team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goal.

We are looking for You who have a passion for the baby customer and are excited about taking part in building a global assortment for the future generation! 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Junior Product Developer or Buyer


  • Preferably experience from woven, denim, knit and/or jackets


  • Passion for the Baby customer and staying up to date with the latest trends


  • Material knowledge and passion for products


  • Result-oriented and a business growth mindset


  • Structured and organized.


  • Are a strong team player with great communication skills


  • Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking


  • Have the courage to take decisions


  • Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions


  • Timeline and stakeholder management

This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible with placement in Stockholm.
