We are looking for a Value Selling Leader for the Sales Management & Customer Service team within Market Operations. Your key focus will be to drive end to end value selling across three businesses. This involves the continuous improvement of our guided selling process and our frontline’s competencies in Lead and Opportunity Management through CRM, CPQ and Value Calculations tools. In addition, you will also proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.

You represent the business by defining & implementing the business requirements, the acceptance criteria and prioritization with the Smart Sales CoE team. In your role you prioritize activities in accordance with defined roadmap, assure business relevance, great user experience and process rigor.

In this role, you will report to the Sales & Customer Management Value Selling Excellence Manager. The location is ideally in Lund (Sweden), not constrained to, though considering the team/working time zone is CET.

What you will do

  • Improve business performance by driving continuous improvements of the Value Selling process including CRM, CPQ, Customer Value Calculation (CVT) and Total Cost Ownership (TCO) tools across 3 businesses.
  • Manage relationship with markets, business units, value selling networks (incl portfolio team), other process drivers, Smart Sales CoE and Global IM.
  • Plan for KAM Talk series, conduct interviews with KAM and coordinate content editorial to issue monthly release.
  • Solicit business requirements and align success criteria with markets and business units to capture their needs.
  • Define the user journey and data input/output required for any process improvements and system integrations related initiatives.
  • Liaise with Value Experts and Value Selling Market Drivers on continuous improvements needs and implementations
  • Plan and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement the roadmap items on time and with quality.
  • Liaise with Smart Sales CoE team for solution developments and deployment in CRM and CPQ systems.

We believe you have

  • Customer facing or customer support experience in the areas of sales and/or marketing.
  • Ability to convert strategic directions into operational activities and convey strategic objectives to stakeholders.
  • Build successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
  • Experience from managing projects and manage change.
  • Experience as an end-user in CRM, CPQ, Value Calculations tools ( eg CVT, SIMCO, TCO) and/or MA/My Tetra Pak; understanding of digitalisation is a plus.
  • You have a degree within Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar and you are proficient in English, verbally as well as in writing.

To succeed in this position, you need to be result driven, analytical, proactive, and structured. You have an ability to define what is required in a dynamic environment and prioritise. We believe you enjoy working with processes and translating business needs into relevant processes and solutions.

You have excellent communication skills, and you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility on all levels in an international organization. You are open minded, able to listen to your stakeholders, and show a high level of customer orientation and drive for productivity.
