Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an ambitious and passionate Project Leader with expertise in Product Development Process. In this role, you will lead projects to improve current Product Development process, from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, ensuring seamless integration and cooperation to deliver outstanding results. What you'll do:• Identify requirements, project scope and timeline including critical paths• Coordinate and motivate team members, that consists of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes• Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholder and Steering Committee. • Establish and track key success metrics. • Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures. • Analyze data, compare ways of working and benchmark different process flow to improve/optimize current one. • Support training initiatives, and prepare training materials
QualificationsWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with hands-on expertise of all aspects of the Product Development, from strategy to maintenance, across the organizational functions. The candidate should be a proficient problem-solver, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating internal processes. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals are crucial.

Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client want the consultant to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 19-Dec-2025(with possibility of extension). You will be employed by JobBusters and workas a consultant for our exciting client in Stockohlm.
