Job responsibilities
· Execute and supervise processes related to funds management to ensure the company's financial security.
· Analyze the company's fund utilization and prepare periodic reports on fund usage.
· Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure smooth business operations concerning payments and receipts.
· Transfer and settle funds between accounts, ensuring the correct use of electronic payment tools.
· Supervise company accounts, dynamically analyze account information, and provide regular updates on cash flow with timely alerts when necessary.
· Oversee and manage the daily cash and bill inventory, regularly perform audits, and submit reports.
Job mandate
· Maintain bank ledgers and handle document archiving and record-keeping related to fund management.
· Assist other departments within the company as needed and manage relationships with financial institutions.
· Handle loan applications, approvals, signatures, registrations, and post-loan management with financial institutions.
· Communicate and collaborate with financial institution staff to handle loan repayments and disbursements.
· Complete other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job competence requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, economics, etc.
· One year or more work experience, familiar with domestic and foreign foreign exchange management policies, work experience in overseas fund management positions is preferred.
· Familiar with the financial processing standards of overseas settlement business, and have a certain financial knowledge reserve
· Excellent communication skills, organizational and coordination skills, as well as a good team spirit, and have a certain ability to work under pressure
· English can be used as a working language
· Used to working in different systems, e.g. SAP system.
