Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior BMC Remedy Developer and Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of platform improvements, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within the BMC Remedy platform and hosting environment to maintain system performance.
• Provide ongoing assistance to users, resolving both basic and advanced issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
• Contribute to and develop complex data reporting mechanisms, leveraging BMC Remedy’s full potential.
• Engage with global teams and stakeholders to ensure platform solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience with BMC Remedy development and administration, including ITSM, CMDB, and custom-built applications.
• Skill in using BMC Remedy as an integration and automation platform, with proficiency in RESTful APIs and Spoon.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within both the application and hosting environment.
• Expertise in analyzing requirements and developing tailored solutions to meet user and business needs.
• Experience with BMC Smart Reporting and Digital Workplace solutions to enhance system functionality.

Required experience:

• Proven experience with BMC Remedy as both a development and integration platform.
• Strong knowledge of BMC CMDB and experience managing ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integration tools like Spoon.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Reporting and Digital Workplace.

Beneficial experience:

• Knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and Helix Dashboards.
• Familiarity with DWP Catalog in the BMC Helix environment.

Additional skills:

• Proficiency in MS SQL.
• Experience with AWS deployments and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Python programming experience is an advantage.
