Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement new views and features using TypeScript, React, and Styled Components.
• Collaborate closely with the app development team, including developers and designers, to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Interact with operating system features via Electron APIs, including tray icons, autostart functionality, and persistent settings management.
• Utilize Inter-Process Communication (IPC) within Electron and perform Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) to communicate with the app’s system service.
• Contribute to upstream open-source projects to enhance the community and the application.
• Maintain a strong focus on security in both code development and the development process, including supply chain security and code signing.
• Explore opportunities to learn and work with Rust, Kotlin, TypeScript, and other technologies to enhance the application across different platforms.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in web technologies, particularly TypeScript and React.
• Proven proficiency in CSS and Node.js.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Interest and/or experience in networking and security practices is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the team.
