Job description:
● Team management (Task distribution and supervision of their execution).
● Planning and organization (Developing work plans and strategies to achieve goals).
● Quality control (Monitoring task completion and processes).
● Ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments.
● Collecting and analyzing project data.
● Identifying and resolving issues in the workflow.
● Ensuring deadlines are met.
Expected skills:
● Experience in concrete projects.
● Knowledge of English.
● Knowledge of Russian.
● Desire to grow and achieve new heights in your career.
● Ability to work effectively in a team.
● Experience working on large construction sites.
● Extensive experience in concrete works.
