Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Software Application Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Be part of an agile DevOps team responsible for defining, building, testing, deploying, and operating highly secure applications for connected cars and their users.
• Collaborate with your Product Owner to ensure the development of the right functionality, estimate the size and complexity of tasks, and plan sprints.
• Design, maintain, and develop applications within established architectural guidelines.
• Work with modern tools and technologies, including microservices architecture, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the improvement of both the product and work processes.
• Work primarily on-site at our Lindholmen office, interacting with global teams located in Sweden, Europe, the US, and China.

What You Bring:

• At least 10 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on building and maintaining high-performance, secure applications.
• A BSc degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Spring-framework, DevOps practices, test automation, system monitoring, and cloud-based technologies like Kubernetes and Kafka.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers like JMS/AMQP.
• Strong understanding of REST/gRPC web services, microservices architecture, and working with cloud infrastructure.
• Previous experience with car-related cloud solutions and handling data from vehicles, mobile apps, and partners is highly valued.
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in English, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
